Formation Circles in the Diocese of Virginia exist to connect leaders in communities of shared relationships, ministries, and resources.

 

We hope that each circle is regionally or ministry-focus based and convened by a Shepherd. The OCF provides resources and education, an annual Formation Leaders Retreat, and support to circle shepherds.
